What's the next chapter in your story? A happy, healthy you, I hope! It's never too early or too late to embark on a journey to reach your fulfilled self. You might even feel extra motivated to make a change starting today, now that Easter has passed and yummy leftover treats may or may not be tempting you. Joining the Journey365 and nourishing yourself with whole, nutrient-dense foods is one sure-fire way to get your spirits, energy and health up...and it just so happens you'll look great too! Wondering where to start? These 3 baby steps will get you started, or back on track, with a healthy lifestyle TODAY!

1. Set yourself up for success, mentally. It is important to treat yourself every now and then with a glass of champagne to celebrate a milestone or a piece of birthday cake, for example. So don't beat yourself up for indulging here and there! A positive mindset will get you started and keep you going as you commit to a healthy life.

2. Say goodbye to processed foods! Journey 365 is all about celebrating and consuming foods from the earth. By avoiding processed foods, you save yourself from unnecessary additives and additional sugars, which can wreak havoc on your mind and body. Don't be fooled... living without processed foods does not mean complicated or time-consuming meal planning and cooking. There are so many quick and delicious breakfast and dinner recipes on this site that I know you and your family will love!

3. Hydrate! Would you believe that the leading nutritional deficiency in North America is dehydration? Our bodies are made up of about 60% water so it is essential to stay hydrated! Many times when people think they???re hungry, they are actually experiencing thirst. Increase your water intake and I promise you will feel amazing! Aim for eight 12oz glasses per day to begin (more if you exercise a lot). Keep things interesting by infusing your water with lemon, berries, herbs or cucumber! I promise you: this is a change you will feel, see and never regret! Don???t forget, we have tools here to help you track your food, beat sugar cravings, understand good carbs from bad carbs and more! Plus, you can connect and share your journey, here too with your recipes, pictures and more with Team Journey365 and others like yourself! As always, we are right here with you 100% and you can always reach out with questions or comments. Congratulations on joining the Journey365!

Thank you for the information. I am really trying to stay away from processed foods as much as I can. I'm trying to cook more at home -- I have to admit that the hours I'm at work, it is a bit hard to not eat junk, but as long as I eat less and less ... that's also good. Also, infusing the water is a good idea.
