You have taken your first step on the road to fitness!

50 Days of Fitness is the best way to give you a jump-start on your Journey365! With this program, you will be able to apply healthy lifestyle changes as well as “try out” the participating gyms in your local area. We provide the tools and sources of exercise motivation while you provide the desire.

Journey365 will take you the rest of the way with a purposeful fitness and wellness program designed to encourage, assist, and educate you on how to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle. This journey will provide you the tools and teach you the disciplines that you need to improve your whole person.  You will be able to set continual goals to develop physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Journey365 will lead you on the track to a life-changing transformation.

50 Days of Fitness has received recognition from hospitals, national fitness facilities, insurance companies, and government agencies for it's effectiveness in membership participation and being a catalyst for lifestyle change.
